Welcome to SuperMCard. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Please read it before using our apps or website.

1. Who we are
SuperMCard includes our Android and iOS apps and website (https://api.jiushanteam.com). These services are operated by Shenzhen Jiushan Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (“we”, “us”).
Key principles:
• We collect only what is needed for the features you use. You may decline optional data, though some features may not work.
• Sensitive permissions (e.g. camera, microphone, location, contacts) are off by default and used only with your consent for a specific feature.
• This policy applies when you use SuperMCard through our apps or official website.
2. Information we collect
Account & identity
When you register, we may collect your mobile number for account verification. Third-party sign-in (WeChat, QQ, Apple) may provide public profile data (e.g. nickname, avatar) only with your authorization.
Service usage
To provide core features (browse, study, create and share flashcards), we may collect:
• Device and app information (model, OS, identifiers, carrier, app list where needed for compatibility)
• Logs (search terms, pages viewed, content you publish, language, IP, timestamps)
• Content you upload (text, images, audio, video) stored on our servers so you can use these features; you may delete it
• Local storage access to save your notes and study data
Payments & virtual currency
For purchases, membership, or Anki study coins, we may process order, payment, and virtual balance information. Withdrawals may require identity and bank details you provide.
Other
• Location, only if you enable location-based features
• Device sensors (e.g. orientation) for display
• Support requests: name, phone, email you provide
• Marketing activities: identity or shipping details when you choose to participate
3. How we use information
We use your information to operate and improve SuperMCard, authenticate accounts, deliver features, process payments, prevent fraud, provide support, send service notices, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
We may process data without separate consent where required by law (e.g. security, legal process, public safety).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, improve security and performance, and remember preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling them may affect some features.
5. Sharing and third parties
We do not share your personal information except:
• With your consent
• To comply with law or protect users and the public
• With affiliates or service providers under contract and only as needed (e.g. analytics, crash reporting, payments, login, delivery)

Content you share publicly may be viewed, copied, or stored by others outside our control even if you later delete it.
App permissions: installed-app list (folder name conflict check); storage (notes); auto-start only for study reminders you enable (disable in study settings → reminders).
6. Storage and security
Personal information is stored in China unless we tell you otherwise and obtain consent for cross-border transfer. We retain data only as long as needed for the service or as law requires, then delete or anonymize it.
We use encryption, access controls, and security practices to protect your data. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.
If a security incident affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your information in the app (e.g. Settings) or by contacting us. You may withdraw permissions in device settings or delete your account via Settings → Delete account; cloud data is cleared within about one day (store content you must remove yourself).
You may object to processing or request deletion where we have no legal basis to continue.
8. Children
If you are under 18, use SuperMCard only with a parent or guardian who agrees to this policy. Users under 14 need guardian consent; we treat their information with extra care. Guardians may contact us about a child’s data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will be posted at https://Ankimemory.com. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy unless law requires otherwise.
