Welcome to SuperMCard.
These Terms are between you (“User”) and the operator of SuperMCard (“we”, “SuperMCard”). They govern your registration and use of the SuperMCard mobile apps, desktop clients, and related website services.
1. Acceptance
1. By registering or using SuperMCard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. If you are a minor or lack full legal capacity, read these Terms with a guardian. We may suspend service if use without proper consent is identified.
3. We may update these Terms. Revisions will be posted on our products and website. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
4. Platform rules published by SuperMCard form part of these Terms.
2. Account and conduct
1. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your registration information accurate and do not impersonate others.
Data storage
• In the app, data is stored locally by default; without a paid membership it is not uploaded to our servers.
• Web use stores data on our servers regardless of membership status.
• We may delete inactive server data: non-members after 1 year of no use; expired members after 2 years of no use.
2. Any use of SuperMCard services or data (including via RSS or external APIs) means you accept these Terms in full.
3. You must not use SuperMCard to violate applicable law or public order, including posting content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited.
4. Commercial advertising or unauthorized sales on the platform are not allowed.
5. You must not attack, probe, or disrupt our systems, reverse-engineer our software, exploit bugs for unfair gain, or transfer accounts without authorization.
6. Protect your account credentials. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
7. If you breach these Terms, we may restrict features, freeze or terminate your account, remove content, or take other action permitted by law and our rules.
3. Disclaimers
1. Online services may involve content or conduct from other users. You use the service at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
2. You must comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for your posts and communications.
3. We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g. network failures, policy changes, malware on your device).
4. Third-party links, ads, and software have their own terms. Disputes with third parties are between you and them unless we are required by law to act.
4. Intellectual property
1. You retain rights to original content you create. You grant SuperMCard a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content you publish publicly to operate and promote the service.
2. Software, branding, and other materials provided by SuperMCard remain our property. Do not copy or commercialize them without permission.
3. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove infringing content and hold you responsible for resulting losses.
4. After account deletion, contact us if you want published works removed.
5. Privacy
We protect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to that policy.
6. Study coins (virtual currency)
Study coins are for in-app virtual purchases only. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between users. Exchange rates are shown at purchase and may change. Refunds and transfers are not supported except where required by law.
iOS purchases must use Apple In-App Purchase. Balances on iOS and other platforms are separate and not interchangeable.
7. Reports and complaints
For infringement or rights complaints, email ankchinas@163.com with proof of rights, identification, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within ten business days. We do not accept inquiries about pending cases by phone or other channels.
8. Minors
Users under 18 should use the service with guardian guidance. Users under 14 need guardian consent under our child privacy rules. Guardians should supervise registration, use, and any payments.
9. Limitation of liability
User-generated content reflects the author’s views, not ours. We do not guarantee its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the service.
10. Notices and governing law
1. We may notify you via in-app messages, email, SMS, or website announcements.
2. Keep your contact details accurate for legal notices.
3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, where these Terms are entered.
Appendix: Copyright commitment
By submitting flashcard decks, you represent that you own or are authorized to license the content, that it is lawful and accurate, and that you will bear responsibility for any infringement or misrepresentation.
Copyright takedown
Rights holders may send a written notice to ankchinas@163.com with identity proof, work details, infringing URLs, and supporting evidence. We will review and remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material when appropriate. Counter-notices may be submitted by content providers following the same channel.
